Hinged Doors

Frame:  Hinged door frames are produced in 3 (three) different ways: panel-mounted, plastic and aluminum. The frame, which is produced as panel-mounted, is produced to be on one panel with the door and placed directly as a wall application. Thus, it provides labor and time savings in the construction site. Plastic and aluminum frames are mounted on places prepared in accordance with the dimensions for assembly on the panel or brick-concrete wall. Its application is short-term and simple.

Wing:   In order to prevent corrosion and ensure the longevity of the door wing, no wood is used in hinged door wings. It is produced by injecting 38-42 kg/m³ density polyurethane material between 2 panels of 0.55 mm thickness.

Thickness:  Hinged door thickness is 80 mm in cold rooms, 120 mm to 150 mm in freezing rooms, 200 mm in shock rooms.

Surface Sheet:  Hinged door wing sheets, as in panels, are produced with 0.55 mm thick polyester (Poly) coating. It can be produced in different colors upon request. Again, it can be produced as PVC or stainless (CrNi) upon request.

Lock:  Hinged door locks have the international standard of being able to be opened from the inside. Even if locked from the outside, it can be opened with the phosphorescent panic button. It is not possible to be locked inside the cold storage.

Hinge:  Hinged doors are raised thanks to their hinges that have the feature of rising while opening, thus reducing friction to zero.
