Facade Panels

Sandwich panels are roof and facade covering materials manufactured by injecting polyurethane of various thicknesses and densities between two layers of painted galvanized sheet metal. Sandwich panels, which can be made in the desired sheet metal thickness and color, provide superior insulation as well as providing good visuality in the areas of use.

• Painted galvanized sheet, stainless steel or PVC film laminated interior and exterior surface alternatives
• According to TS EN 13501-1, the fireproofing class for PUR insulated cold storage panels is B-s2; d0,
• Production flexibility in desired lengths between 2 m and 12 m
• 80-100-120-150-180-200 mm thickness options
• According to TS EN 14509, the heat transmittance coefficient U value is between 0.27 – 0.11 W/m2K depending on the panel thickness.
