High Performance and Durability
The units are designed to be easily disassembled and reassembled when necessary. Special gaskets placed on the contact surfaces ensure high-level sealing. High-performance fans developed with the latest technology both reduce weight and provide superior mechanical properties. Fan vibrations are minimized with flexible discharge connections and vibration isolators located at the bottom.
High-Quality Material, Robust Structure
The body structure consists of double-walled panels. The outer surface is made of electrostatically powder-coated galvanized sheet, while the inner surface is made of galvanized or stainless steel depending on the application. Thermal and acoustic insulation is provided by glass wool or rock wool material placed between the two walls.
Service doors are equipped with hinges and locking handle mechanisms. For easy transport, the base of the body includes lifting slots, and the base design allows the unit to be easily transported and positioned using a crane or forklift.
Nvsair Rooftop Packaged Air Handling Units are manufactured from high-quality materials that provide high resistance against outdoor conditions.
Flexible Capacity Options
Thanks to its wide capacity range, the Nvsair ‘P-RT’ Series Rooftop Packaged Air Conditioning Units can be easily integrated into living spaces of all sizes, offering both comfort and efficiency.

Supply and Return Fans
The fans, statically and dynamically balanced, are mounted directly on the motor shaft. Fans are installed on a base with vibration-damping mounts along with the motor. High-performance fans developed using the latest technologies significantly reduce weight and offer superior mechanical properties. They extend operational life, ensure lower power consumption, and provide a significant reduction in noise levels. Depending on the application, options include forward or backward inclined blades, belt-driven pulleys, direct-coupled (plug) fans, explosion-proof (exproof), or EC fan motors. Adjustable belt-pulley versions are available as an option.
Indoor Heat Exchanger
Manufactured with copper tubes and aluminum fins. Selections are made considering minimum pressure drop on both air and fluid sides as well as air velocity criteria. Eurovent-certified coils are used. Optional versions with hydrophilic or epoxy-coated fins are available. A condensation tray made of stainless steel sheet and a drainage outlet are standard features located beneath the coil.
Outdoor Heat Exchanger
Made of grooved copper tubes and aluminum fins, configured with single or independent double circuits positioned at a 45° angle. The air and water side pressure drops are optimized. Optional hydrophilic or epoxy-coated aluminum coils are available. Eurovent-certified coils are used.
Filters
In Nvsair rooftop packaged air handling units, filters can be positioned at fresh air intakes, in front of the indoor coil, and before the heat recovery module to protect the components as standard. Additionally, optional extra filters such as M5, M6, F7, F8, and F9 class bag filters, as well as compact filters compliant with EN 779 standard in F7, F8, and F9 classes, can also be used.
Additional Heater
Depending on the need, electric, water-based, or natural gas options can be offered.
Electric heater models feature a stainless steel sheet casing and stainless steel resistors.
Water coil models are made of copper tubes with aluminum fins.
Natural gas burner models are designed as an additional module.
Natural Gas Burner
The natural gas burner is a device that creates a controlled and efficient mixture of air and fuel to ensure combustion.
The general principle of these devices is to increase combustion efficiency by achieving ideal combustion conditions, thereby preventing environmental pollution and ensuring energy savings.

Heat Recovery Module
Optionally designed as rotary, plate heat exchanger, or thermodynamic types.
In different rotary options, high efficiency and moisture transfer are achieved with condensation/enthalpic or sorption types.
Eurovent-certified components are used in both rotary and plate heat exchanger models.
Economizer Damper
Air dampers are used in the supply and return ducts connected to the rooftop unit for air volume adjustment and pressure control.
Damper housings are designed to create minimum pressure loss when in the open position.
When the blades are closed, they overlap each other to form a tight seal, preventing air passage.
They feature a high-quality aluminum extrusion body and impact-resistant hardened gears.
Considering fresh air requirements and return air conditions, they offer natural cooling and natural heating options.
Placed in appropriate locations, humidity and/or temperature sensors provide more effective cooling/heating options.
Outdoor Fan
Directly coupled electric motors with AC or EC motors are used, designed to withstand outdoor conditions, offering high efficiency and low energy consumption.
This ensures that fluid pressure is maintained at an optimal and stable level.
Automation
The Rooftop Unit is offered as a packaged system with an automation system.
Thanks to the plug-and-play feature, the device can be activated directly after power connection and preset adjustments are made.
All automation equipment is positioned inside the unit, protecting it from external factors.
It automatically detects and activates different preset operating scenarios.
It can operate integrated with building automation systems.
Filter contamination levels are monitored according to the set pressure values, and all alarms can be viewed on the LCD screen.
The package automation provides proportional control of fresh air, return air, and mixing dampers.
Optionally, the air quality can be monitored with a CO2 sensor.
